Our popular, free, zoom webinar returns at 10am on Saturday 27 May.
This webinar is intended for families, friends, and carers of mature drivers. It includes information on the impact of dementia on driving with advice on how to:
  • Start meaningful conversations with the person of concern
  • Keep them driving safely for longer
  • Plan for them to retire from driving

Driving Mobility is a national charity supported by the Department of Transport, and provides the DVLA approved assessments for drivers with mobility and cognitive issues. Driving Mobility also provide a free, mobility advice service for drivers planning to retire from driving www.drivingmobility.org.uk

DRIVING SAFELY, IN SPRING

This popular, free zoom webinar returns at 10am on Saturday 29 April.

The webinar in run by the Gloucestershire Older Drivers Forum and includes advice on:

  • Safer driving strategies to address the springtime challenges as more vulnerable road users – such as pedestrians, cyclists and horse riders – take to the road
  • 2022 changes to the Highway Code designed to encourage more active travel.

The presentations are:

  • Free join
  • The presentation is 30 minutes in length, with 30 minutes for questions and answers
  • Places are limited so you will need to register, see below available dates
  • The event is online using Zoom. You do not need a Zoom account to take part.
