This popular series of zoom webinars returns at 10am on Saturday 23 March    

31 March is Easter Sunday and when the clocks go forward. This also marks the traditional start of motorcyclists’ riding season. Bikers are one of the most vulnerable road user groups in Gloucestershire, accounting for 22% of all fatalities.

This webinar provides information for mature drivers on how to become more biker aware, and how to adjust to the seasonal challenges of Spring driving.

A guest presenter will be PC Shelley Holloway, from the Gloucestershire Constabulary Roads Policing Unit, and is an advanced police motorcyclist.

With the days getting lighter, signs of Spring being on its way, and more vulnerable road users out-and-about, this month’s webinar will focus on the duty of care drivers have to others. It will also include an update on our advice about driving safely for longer, and planning for driving retirement, as well as a refresher on the 2022 changes to the Highway Code.
