‘DRIVING SAFELY IN WINTER. POST-CRASH SPECIAL.’

 Whilst it is starting to get lighter winter weather continues with all the hazards that it brings to our roads. This month we focus on journey planning and how to be prepared, as much as possible, for the unexpected.

This might include meeting an emergency vehicle on a blue light call or arriving at a scene of a collision before the emergency services have arrived.

To guide us through these challenging scenarios we are delighted to have as our guest presenter Scott Ross MBE. Better known as ‘Rossy’. He is a retired police officer who spent most of his career on Traffic Duties. He is now a RoSPA and IAM Examiner and delivers BikeSafe and Biker Down! courses in Gloucestershire. He was recognised for his services to road safety in this year’s New Year honours.
